Create Fantasy Wallpaper in Photoshop
Create a new layer and choose here a standard brush of black color (Opacity 10%) to dark out a little the ornament’s element. This layer should be situated lower than the girl’s layer.
Represent the next element of the ornament, having the color #115E53

The next element of the ornament is the same with the previous color of the layer – #B9310C
Create a new layer and use a standard brush to represent several circles on the ornament’s element. The color is #EE2A1C
Press Alt button and click between the ornament’s layers and the layer containing the circles (on the layers’ panel).
Continue representing the ornaments with the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool. The layer’s color is #A39829

Create a new layer and choose a standard brush to represent several circles of green and blue colors. Change the brush’s Opacity parameter to represent circles of different opacity.
Press Alt button and click between the circles’ layer and the ornament’s layer (on the layers’ panel)
Represent the next ornament, having the color #C621A4

Gradient’s parameters:
Make a copy of the last made layer and choose Free Transform option to turn over the copy around its axe, situating it under the girl’s layer.
Make a copy of the ornament’s layer, applying on the layer the color #0B8715. Using the Free Transform option, try to turn over the copy, placing it as below.
