| Choose File > Save As. Name the XML file, and choose XML from the Format pop-up menu. Click Save, and then choose a structured application when prompted. | ||
| When you open an XML file, FrameMaker formats it according to the structured application associated with the file. If no structured application is associated with an XML file, FrameMaker applies some formatting to the text, but generally doesn’t format tables or import graphics from the file. | ||
