Create a new file with 582×824 px and 72 dpi. Gradient it, using the instrument . The color codes are indicated in the picture.

Draw a circle using the next instrument with parameters (Blending options) indicated in the scheme.

The color should be (Stroke – 4px) the same from the background. You can not see it in the picture, because it blends with the background.

Using the instrument , draw 3 figures. The red one has the same color Stroke as the small figure has.

Display them as in the picture.

Copy the layers by the circle and we’ll get a flower.

Take the flower and copy it by the picture’s background. Change the colors as in the picture.

Create now two layers above all the others, with the parameters from the picture.

The layers with our first flower display above the rest. You should get the same result as in the picture.

Using the instrument , draw three stripes of the next colors: red, black and grey.

Display everything like in the picture.
