Open up a new document 800 x 600 with a black background #323131

Create a new Layer (to create a new layer press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N in the same time).
Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and set this value on the top of your screen

Select Gradient Tool. then you have to set the gradient tool like me:

Then after you have set the Gradient keep the Shift pressed on your keyboard and draw this Gradient from top to bottom

We will set now some blending option for this green Rectangle
Go to Layer > Layer Style >Stroke… and use this settings

Create a new Layer (to create a new layer press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N in the same time).
Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and set this value on the top of your screen

Then make a selection like mine

With the Paint Bucket Tool fill this selection with #d7d7d7

Then select Single Row Marquee Tool and try to make a selection on the grey Rectangle. place it like me.9this is only a part of the photo. i want this page to load fast. I hope you understand what i have done. if not please ask me
then hit one time the “Delete” key on your keyboard

Make another selection with Single Row Marquee Tool. Then press one more time the “Delete ” key
The last step is to change the opacity to 30 %
We have created a small navigation menu

We will add some text on this menu

Now we will continue doing the layout. let’s add more details.

Open a new document 3 x 3 pixels with a transparent background . Zoom it by 1600 %.With the Pencil tool create somethng like this: (please use a white color)

Then go to Edit > Define Pattern . Choose a name and press Ok.
Now we will come back to our layout. I will create a new layer.

Create a new layer.
Then with the Rectangular Marquee Tool make a small selection

Select the Paint Bucket Tool. Then be sure that the pattern is selected on the top of your screen.
Select the pattern you have already made and press one time inside the selection.

This are minor details but with this small details the layout will look better.

We will add some buttons on the left side.
Create a new layer.
Select Rounded Rectangle Tool. and make something like me.

I will show you how to make one button.i hope you can do the other ones alone.
We will set now some blending option for this green Rectangle
Go to Layer > Layer Style >Stroke… and use this settings

Then go to Layer > Layer Style > Gradient overlay and use this settings:

The button should look like this.

Then be sure you have the layer with this button over the Background layer.

Duplicate this layer a few times and place it on the left side. you can use the Arrow keys to place the button.

Then you can add some text alone on this buttons. i will add now some text over the buttons.

You can create this type of layout for what you want.I will add a 3d cart on the right side. you can add what you want.(a car, a pen , what you like)

Now let’s add some other details.

we have to create a new document (5 x 5 pixels with a transparent background)
Zoom it by 1600 % Select your pencil tool and create something like this:

Then go to Edit > Define Pattern …. Choose a name for your new pattern and click ok.
Now create a new layer (Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N in the same time)
With the rectangular Marquee Tool make a selection on the middle of the template:

Then click Ctrl+D to deselect.

With the same methods as above ad as many doted lines as you want.
At the end this is my final result.
