Determining the Help Access Points

As you can see in the Builder Data Bank scenario (see Figure 1), an author and developer agree to provide three access points to help:

  • Help link at the top of the main menu on each screen to show window-level help topics
  • Tip link to field level context-sensitive topics
  • Show Me link to Captivate demos
