Select now two instruments just to represent the inside counter’s pattern. Use firstly the Ellipse Tool (U) to create the circle on the outside edges, colored in #CCFF00.
Then we have to press the Alt button and cut out from the circle inside part, using the same instrument. Finally we’ll get a ring of green color.
Press Shift button now and select the Rectangle Tool (U) of the same color to represent now a rectangle which must be copied out (Ctrl+Alt) as many times as we need.
The copies’ placement may be corrected with the Free Transform option.

Write inside of the circle the price the counter. For the beginning we need to create an orientation circle, applying the Ellipse Tool (U).

Fill 0% on the layers.
Mark out the layer and select the Horizontal Type Tool (T) from the instruments’ palette. Use it on the marked circle’s zone and make a mouse’s click to write the price of the play counter.

Introduce between the prices another element of the pattern. Using the Custom Shape Tool (U), choose the corresponding shape the way it is shown below:

Gradient’s parameters:
Make three copies of the new made layer and select the Free Transform option to turn the copies over and place them the way it is shown below.
