Set Fill to 16% for this layer and change the Blending mode to Hard Mix.
Create a new layer and choose a Soft Round brush to paint the model’s contours with the color #FFD31E.

Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) and click between layers in the Layers panel to create a clipping mask.

Applying the Rectangle Tool (U), let’s represent a rectangle of the color #8C1147.
Insert the mask on the layer by choosing Add layer mask on the bottom part of the Layers panel , press CTRL+SHIFT+I to Inverse the color and choose the Soft Round brush of white color.
Paint in the mask to represent a highlight as it is demonstrated on the next picture.
Using the earlier applied tool, let’s represent an inclined rectangle on the bottom part of the picture. Incline the rectangle, using the Free Transform (Ctrl+T) command.
Set Fill to 57% for this layer and change the Blending mode to Color Dodge.
Using the Line Tool (U) (set Weight to 3px in Options bar), make six lines.
Combine in a group all the threads’ layers (press CTRL button to select the necessary layers and hold on the left mouse’s button while dragging the selected layers on Create a new group icon from bottom part of the Layers panel).
Rasterize the got group by selecting it in Layers panel and then pressing CTRL+E to Merge Down.
Then get back to the layer containing the inclined rectangle. Insert the mask on the layer the same way we described earlier with other examples. Press CTRL+I. Hold after that CTRL button and click on the rasterized layer containing the lines in Layers panel (the layer is hided).
Then apply Select>Inverse (CTRL+SHIFT+I).
Use the Soft Round brush of white color on the mask to hide the edges of rectangle.

Next step we’ll download set of brushes for Adobe Photoshop, named: light_brushes_2.
Create a new layer and load the brushes from the downloaded set to represent the stars of white color (brush Opacity – 30%) around the ellipse.

Set the Blending mode for this layer to Lighter Color.
Create a new layer and choose the brushes from the downloaded set to insert more stars.
Create a new layer one more time and apply the brushes out of the set to insert more stars.
Apply on the last made layer the next filter: Filter > Blur > Radial blur.

Make a copy of the last made layer:
Set the Blending mode for this layer to Overlay.
Click Create new fill or adjustment layer from bottom part of the Layers panel and click to Curves to adjust the curve shape as shown to make a little color corrections.
