Hold CTRL button and click on the layer containing the ellipse on the top in the Layers panel to get the next selection.
Next click on the mask on the model’s layer and choose Select>Inverse (CTRL+SHIFT+I).
Choose a Soft Round brush of black color and paint in the mask to hide out the lowest part of the model’s photo.

Create a new layer and select the brush mentioned in the previous example to paint on the bottom part of the edge of the model’s contours. The brush’s color is #120102. Place the layer under the model’s one.
Set Fill to 45% for this layer.
Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) and click between layers in the Layers panel to create a clipping mask.

Click Create new fill or adjustment layer from bottom part of the Layers panel and select Hue/Saturation. Drag the slider to the left to decrease the Saturation of the color range as shown. Place the layer above all the layers.

Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) and click between the model’s layer and the adjustment’s layer in the Layers panel to create a clipping mask.

Insert the mask on the recently made layer by choosing Add layer mask on the bottom part of the Layers panel and choose the Hard Round brush of black color.
Paint in the mask using this brush to hide out the hair, the glasses, the bracelet on the arm and the front’s top part.
Create a new layer and choose the Soft Round brush to paint above the model with the color #F8CF92.

Set the Blending mode for this layer to Soft Light.
Do again the same operation described above, applying the color #BE7641.
