Copy this new made layer and make use of the Free Transform selection to turn it around like in the picture below.

Find a picture having a Ferrari car on it, cut it out and place it the way you may see below.

Take the next tool now and represent the lowest layer reserved for the menu’s buttons, colored with 191919.

Copy the new made layer and apply a again the Free Transform option for minimizing it a little on vertical and add the parameters from next picture.
